Registration for boys 2018 boys spring/summer outdoor lacrosse officially closed on Feb 15th, but we are still accepting registrations at all levels.
Note to all age groups! Teams will practice twice a week in the spring, see below for more information. Once games start to be played in the summer, teams will not meet more than 3 times per week. Either two games and one practice, or two practices and one game. Weekends will try to be avoided as much as possible, but sometimes Sunday practices are needed until school gets out of session.
We are ordering NEW SHORTS for the 2018 season. You will purchase the NEW uniform shorts during registration. Shorts are yours to keep. Jerseys will be collected back at the end of the season.
8U and 10U teams do not have tryouts/evaluations. Teams are picked by friend/carpool requests only. No skill is evaluated.
U12 and U14 are the only age groups that have A teams. After the first two dates of tryouts, A teams and B teams will be formed. B teams will be made as equally as possible. All players are required to attend. These evaluations are considered practices as well. See information above for dates. B teams will be picked by friend/carpool requests and grade level to equal out teams by ability.
Don't have the desire to tryout for the A Team? Tryouts are not mandatory. We will have tryouts for those that want to tryout and practice at the same time for kids not trying out.
If you have any questions, please feel free to email Mark Woodcock, WBLAX Boys Director at email@example.com.
Levels for 2018 are as follows:
Our players will play in the Indoor Lacrosse League which is played with the US Lacrosse Rules, which is the same as previous years. This is a hybrid game between field and box. Click here to learn more

WBLAX will issue a 100% refund on requests made prior to registration closing (minus Sport NGIN processing fee). Officially registration has closed for the 2018 season. 75% refund between the time that registration closes and practices start, and NO refund once practices start. WBLAX will issue refund requests for injuries and special circumstances - on a case by case basis once games have started.
Boys will play in the Youth Lacrosse Minnesota (YLM) League for summer lacrosse and the Great Northern Lacrosse League (GNLL) for spring.

If your son was born before June 1, 2003 (and are currently in ninth grade and above), they have aged out of youth lacrosse. There will be a WBLAHS Boys 9th/10th grade team this spring, as well as JV and Varsity teams. If you are interested in high school lacrosse opportunities, be sure to add your name to the WBLAHS Boys Lacrosse Booster email list. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request to be added. Registration for high school teams will be through the high school and will open up this spring.
