In-Season Participation Expectations: Starting next year, we will implement in-season participation expectations, especially for the 12U and 14U age ranges. Game, event, and tournament dates are communicated as soon as possible to help you plan. We understand that health issues, injuries, school activities, family emergencies, weather, and other sport tryouts may impact attendance, and absences for these reasons will not affect playing time or team placement.
○ Priority for Lacrosse During Spring & Summer: Lacrosse will be our main season priority. If a player misses practices or games due to other sports' games or practices, it may affect their playing time and future team placement.
○ 80% Participation Expectation: Players are expected to attend 80% of practices and 80% of games within their control to help maintain a strong team atmosphere.
