Congrats on a great season boys!
Year End Party Information:
Date: August 15, 2010
Time: 1 PM (had to push the time back 30 minutes to accomodate the facility)
Place: Jimmys Food and Drink, 132 E. Cty Rd E, Vadnais Heights, MN
We are reserved under the Vadnais Room, use the main restaurant entrance. Tell them you are with WB Lacrosse when you arrive.
We will order pizzas and pitchers of pop which the team will pay for. You may order food/drink off the restaurant menu if you wish at your cost. They will run a tab for each family that orders additional items. I will have the pizzas out as close to 1 PM as possible as I'm sure the kids will be hungry. We will have the presentation of trophies and coaches' gifts afterwards.
As many of you are aware, Jimmys also has a bar with pool, darts, and video games. I have checked and since its a Sunday afternoon, the kids will be allowed to enter the bar to play games as long as they have a parent stay in the bar with them for the time they are there.
Lastly, I will need to know from each of you how many people from your family will be attending, or if you will be unable to make it.
