Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Do players need to have player numbers or membership numbers to enroll in the Winter Clinics?

A. Players do need to have membership numbers in order to enroll in any of the Winter Training Clinics. This can be attained at uslacrosse.org.

Q. Can players rent equipment during the Winter Training Clinics?

A. At this time we do not have equipment rental options for the clinics.

Q. How do I join the mailing list?

A. You can join the White Bear Lake Lacrosse Association mailing list by going to our "Join Mailing List" page and simply entering your name and email address to receive league updates, special events, and announcements all year round.

Q. Should my son/daughter wear cleats for the indoor winter clinics?

A. We suggest wearing tennis shoes for the indoor clinics. The turf does not handle cleats as well as grass does. Cleats actually slip more on turf than tennis shoes do.

Q. Where can I find the Winter Clinic registration forms?

A. Our Boys Camps & Clinics and Girls Camps & Clinics pages have the appropriate registration forms.

 Q. My son/daughter has never played lacrosse before but would like to join a Winter Training Clinic, are beginners welcome?

A. Of course! Beginners and youth players new to lacrosse are encouraged to join one of our many Winter Clinics. Any exposure to the sport, its techniques and dynamic are valuable any point during the year whether you are a new player or returning player in the league.

 Q. What does my child need for registration?

A. You need to have a copy of their birth certificate and the registration fees. You will need to fill out a liability waiver that you can get on the website soon or at the on site registration.

Q. Does my son or daughter need a US lacrosse number to play?

A. Yes. This membership is required and each player will need their individual number in order to register for the new 2011 season.

Q. If I register online, what do I do with the required forms?

A. When registering online, you will need to print out the liability waiver and send this along with a copy of your child's birth certificate to the WBLAX PO Box. Send all registrations forms to PO Box 10807, White Bear Lake, MN 55110.
